The PMB is supported locally by two Regional boards (RB), one for each African region, to coordinate the activities to be implemented at the regional level as well as to promote the exchange among partners, according to the recommendations provided by the Project Coordinator, the PMB, and the WPs leaders and co-leaders. RBs will consist of representatives of EWA-BELT African partners who will meet every 8 months to assess the state-of-the-art and identify potential delays and weaknesses to be reported to the SC and/or GA.

The PMB supports and facilitates discussions within the National Assembly (NA), made up of scientists, stakeholders, NGOs, etc.

The Regional Boards are coordinated by Chairmen elected annually by rotation among their members.
